Our Shisha
Our shisha service is designed for convenience and quality. We prepare everything before we arrive so customers do not need to worry about anything. All equipment is clean and maintained, our flavours are fresh and we keep the setup simple for a smooth experience.
We travel around the world selecting the finest flavours so you always have access to something special. Everything we bring has been tested and chosen with care so our customers enjoy the best blends on the market. We have everything from the well known Alfaker range to rare German and Russian brands known for their strength, smoothness and unique taste. Our menu includes a full mix of blonde leaf and dark leaf options to suit every preference.
With every package you always receive everything you need. Your order arrives neatly delivered in a box along with a clean shisha pipe and a disposal pipe. You will always get a shisha, a disposal pipe, a freshly prepared head, a heat management tray, tongs, coals, a coal carry tray, tips and an electrical burner. If you need an outdoor gas burner you can request this on your booking. The additional charge for this is six pounds.
We offer a range of popular blends and signature mixes that have become favourites with our regular customers and we constantly review customer choice to keep the menu updated with the most enjoyed flavours.
We currently cover Derby, Nottingham, Burton and Leicester along with all the towns and villages in between. You can check delivery charges through our order now booking system which gives you instant access to bookings.
All deliveries and event bookings are recommended to be confirmed in advance so we can maintain a reliable standard. You may also call for on demand shisha and we will always try our absolute best to fit you into the nearest free slot.

Terms of service
All bookings must be confirmed in advance so we can allocate time and availability.We cover Derby, Nottingham, Burton, Leicester and surrounding areas.ID may be requested for age verification.Any damage to equipment will be charged at the replacement cost.Customers are responsible for safe use of the shisha once it has been handed over unless staff are present for the full booking.We reserve the right to decline bookings if the location is outside our service area or if safety cannot be guaranteed.
Events & Weddings
We offer full shisha support for events, private gatherings and weddings. This includes delivery, setup, staff presence if required and a presentation that fits the atmosphere of your event.
Our focus is to add a luxury touch without overcomplicating anything. We provide clean high quality shisha, fresh flavours and a professional setup that blends in with your theme.
Each event is planned with you so the experience feels personal and tailored. We can provide multiple units for larger groups and we can guide you on the best layout based on your venue size and guest count.
